What is Concierge?
Concierge’s official website is concierge.cx. The current pilot offers support email, a shared review queue, and Shopify order context. It supports reviewed replies, verified order-status automation, and owner-approved cancellation of eligible unfulfilled orders with supported full refunds. Owner-reviewed address changes, supported capped refunds, and return/exchange creation are available. Return logistics are tracked separately. An owner-enabled storefront chat pilot supports team replies and opt-in automatic answers from selected approved public sources. Voice, socials and external helpdesk integrations remain planned.
Who is it for?
Concierge is for growing Shopify and direct-to-consumer brands that want customer support to reflect their products, voice, and operating policies. It is customer experience software, rather than a travel or hospitality concierge service.
What guides its actions?
A brand’s operating policies define permitted changes, approval requirements, and exception handling. Specific integrations and action permissions are confirmed during onboarding. Read our operating policy guide for a practical starting point.
Is Concierge available now?
Concierge is accepting early-access waitlist registrations. Joining the waitlist requests an invitation; it does not immediately connect your store or activate a subscription. Pricing and rollout scope are discussed before you get started.
How can I get in touch?
Use the waitlist form to share your store and support volume. The team uses those details to contact you about early access. See our privacy notice for how registration information is handled.
